Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms of Service

1.1 Agreement to Terms
By booking any service through AARC Transportation Services LLC (“AARC”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the Refund, Cancellation & Change Policy.

1.2 Services Provided
AARC provides, but is not limited to, the following services:

  • Airport transfers
  • Private transport
  • Tours and excursions
  • Cargo and luggage delivery
  • Concierge travel services

1.3 Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate, including your name, contact details, pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, and (where applicable) flight details. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or an inability to provide the service.

1.4 Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, you authorize AARC to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of the service and agree to the applicable refund, voucher, and change terms described in this policy.

2. Booking Confirmation

2.1 All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.

2.2 You will receive a digital booking confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp.

2.3 You are responsible for reviewing your confirmation and notifying AARC immediately of any errors.

3. Service Delivery

3.1 Vehicles will arrive at the scheduled time and location specified in the booking confirmation.

3.2 AARC is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, police activity, customs checks, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3.3 AARC reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity if necessary.

4. Passenger Conduct

4.1 AARC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or illegal behavior, as well as for intentional damage to vehicles or non-compliance with driver instructions.

4.2 Such behavior may result in immediate termination of service without any refund or voucher.

5. Cargo & Luggage

5.1 All cargo and luggage items must be securely and appropriately packaged.

5.2 AARC is not liable for damage arising from poor or unsafe packaging, fragile contents, leakage, or delays caused by customs or regulatory inspections.

5.3 Cargo and luggage services are non-refundable once dispatched.

6. No-Show Policy

6.1 If you do not arrive at the pickup location within 20 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, your booking will be marked as a no-show.

6.2 No-shows are not eligible for cash refunds, vouchers, or credits. The booking is considered fully consumed.

7. Operational Cancellations by AARC

7.1 AARC may cancel services due to safety concerns, extreme weather, mechanical issues, force majeure, or other operational reasons.

7.2 In such cases, you may choose between:

  • A full cash refund, or
  • A full-value travel voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

8. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, you agree to contact AARC directly so we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Refund, Cancellation & Change Policy

9.1 24-Hour Full Refund Guarantee

You may request a 100% full refund within 24 hours from the time of payment.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

9.2 Refunds After 24 Hours (Voucher-Only Refund)

Cancellations made after the 24-hour window are not eligible for cash refunds.

Instead, you will receive a:

  • Travel voucher equal to the full amount paid
  • Voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Voucher usable for any AARC Transportation Services product
  • Voucher that includes one free rebooking (see section 9.3)

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

9.3 One Free Change

You are entitled to one complimentary change to your service date, time, or category within the 12-month voucher validity period, subject to availability and operational feasibility.

9.4 Additional Changes

If more than one change or rebooking is requested:

  • A change fee will apply; and
  • You must pay any difference in fare between the original booking and the new booking.

9.5 No-Show or Late Arrival

Customers who fail to appear within the 20-minute grace period or who significantly delay the start of the service may be marked as a no-show. In such cases:

  • No cash refund will be issued.
  • No voucher or credit will be issued.

9.6 Refund Exceptions

Refunds (cash or voucher) are generally not provided for:

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong date, wrong location, wrong time)
  • Missed flights, missed connections, or failure to plan sufficient time
  • Delays caused by third parties or events beyond AARC’s control
  • Cargo or luggage services once they have been dispatched

10. Liability

AARC is not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, accidents, road works, weather, police or customs activity, or force majeure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AARC’s total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service booked.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking and submitting payment on our website or through our agents, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
  • You understand and accept the Refund, Cancellation & Change Policy (including voucher-only refunds after 24 hours).
  • You agree to contact AARC directly to resolve concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

This acknowledgment helps protect both you and AARC and complies with the requirements of our payment processors, including Stripe and Shift4.
